This scene came in my mind as an idea of creating city animation. I wanted to build camera animation moving down the edge of a skyscraper. Vehicles in this scene ware stylized as they ware built out of neon lights. The building where the camera was going down was made of glass. I added a bump for the windows shader to create displaced reflections as they would look like in real life. The trees in the scene are Maya paint effects converted to polygons and shaded with v-ray material. All textures ware built from scratch in photoshop and assigned to unwrapped UVs. The rendered sequence was composed in Nuke. Along with the rendered image sequence I made one still render with motion blur to fake long exposure shot.
